We know that getting fit is good for us, but that by itself isn't enough to make most of us want to exercise.
That's why I've made it my mission to make it fun to get fit, so that more people choose to exercise and to stick with it long-term.
But the benefits of having fun while getting fit don't stop with just boosting our motivation.
Fun workouts can also lift our mood and and help us to feel happy and accomplished. And, when exercise is enjoyable, it becomes a social activity that brings people together, building connections and support networks that further encourage a healthy lifestyle.

Claire has an uplifting and motivational spirit that drives our weekly classes! She is a very encouraging and supportive coach.
i love Claire's classes! She individually introduces herself to everyone in the class, makes an effort to remember your name and asks about any injuries and how you might work with these during the session. Such personalised service! Her yoga classes are varied and suitable for every ability as she provides alternatives in each pose for each ability level. Also love her humour and the music she often plays!
I'm only a beginner but these are the best Yoga classes I've been to. Loving the convenience of the online Yoga as well. No rushing about driving somewhere, just rolling out the mat (wearing whatever!) and enjoying an hour to devote to practice. Claire is the most patient, fun, 'no pressures' teacher and each week I'm seeing the benefits from doing the classes.

I can’t highly recommend this yogi enough – yes she loves anatomy, neuroscience, bad jokes, and somewhere amongst all that she will help you find your zen.
Claire is an amazing teacher who loves what she does. Her classes are easily adaptable from the beginner (Me) up to a more advanced student. Definitely give her online classes a go if you cannot get to her in person.
I love starting my Sunday mornings with the gorgeous Claire and her expert yoga instruction. I always feel better in my body after class and enjoy the challenge of new moves as well as the gentle relaxation at the end. A wonderful class to attend with a kind and experienced instructor.
I attend Zenadu online class on Sundays and its the highlight of my week. Claire holds space for me and i feel totally nurtured and cared for, i look forward to my weekly class.
I so needed to restart Yoga. A bit rusty, and mind and body not quite in sync however great steps for me...Yoga fits my Friyay!! thank you for a great session.
